I've heard some Humans say that us Dalmatians are pretty high strung and goofy. Here's a photo of me doing my job in the yard as a guard dog. The photo was taken just as I was assessing the situation and deciding whether or not to chase those birds off the fence, which I quickly did. Note that Yogi was relaxed knowing I was on duty.

You know it and sometimes those birds will try to eat my food! Right out of my dish!
