She's Resting Now

Yogi's been gone for almost a day and I'm so very lost. I can't find her anywhere in the house. I heard The Humans say she's resting somewhere and that she's now with her sister, Boo Boo. I can't remember Boo Boo. I hope I don't forget Yogi.

She's Not Coming Back

The Humans told me that Yogi isn't coming home. The Vet said she had something called diabetes and although it could be controlled, it would mean a lot of needles and different diet and since Yogi's going deaf and blind and has old, stiff and sore joints that she went to sleep today at 2:05 PM. I don't quite understand it all, but The Humans seem a little sad, but were saying to each other it's better for Yogi. I know I'm going to miss her. She was one of my best friends. There's still the cat, though.

She Looks So Peaceful

This is what Yogi was doing this morning. She didn't eat, but rested a lot. I heard George The Human tell Brenda The Human to try not to be so upset as they don't really know what's wrong until Yogi sees the Vet later today. He did say she isn't herself and also pointed out that if Yogi hasn't been eating lately, she's going to be weak. I'm a little worried myself. Brenda The Human has been crying off and on and it's upsetting me, too.

She's Not Herself Lately

Yogi hasn't been herself lately. She's not eating as much as she used to and she's been drinking as much water as I do. I heard The Humans talk about taking her to the vet tomorrow. I'm not sure what's happening, but The Humans are upset about taking Yogi to the doctor. I hope it's not serious.

Stuck In The Infield

This is a photo George The Human took last Summer. Apparently he, Brenda The Human and Yogi went for a car ride one night and ended up at a local ball field (I've never seen it). Yogi got pretty excited seeing people throwing balls around and got in on the action. I remember her being pretty tired for a few days but had no idea it had to do with this!

What The?

I'm not sure how she gets away with it, but it looks to me that Magnum can go anywhere she wants and do whatever she wants around the house...including sit on the kitchen counter. I can't even get up there if I tried. That's one lucky cat!

I'm Over Here!

I'm teasing Magnum in this photo. She thinks she knows where I am, but I was actually hiding behind George The Human when he took this photo. She did eventually figure it out, but sometimes I really like to tease her!

I Told You She Was Slow!

Here's Yogi still eating. No, she's not eating more than usual. She's STILL eating the first meal! Okay, I'm joking a little, but she is a slow eater. The Humans claim it's because she's older and that she eats slow to she can actually taste her food. I gobble mine down so I don't have to taste it. Two very different perspectives on the same food, eh?

Yogi's Such A Slow Poke

Feeding time around here is interesting. I'm a fast eater, so even though I get more food, I'm finished long before Yogi is...so I usually try to give her a hand. She doesn't seem to mind but The Humans sure do!

The Phantom Footprint

I'm pretty sure this isn't one of mine. It looks an awful lot like one of Yogi's dirty paws on the kitchen floor. It's not her fault, she doesn't normally wipe her feet at the door. Mind you, Brenda The Human usually wipes Yogi's feet. She must have missed this one!

Car Ride! Car Ride!

Yippee! Brenda The Human is taking Yogi and I downtown for a car ride! We don't get to do this often, so I'm so very excited. Yogi looks excited about it, too although she gets to go outside the yard a lot more than I do.

Leave Me Alone!

I just finished spending most of the morning in the back yard chasing birds away from those boxes hanging in the tree they like to fly into, sit on and otherwise hang around. I didn't like the look of things so I chased them away. It took a lot of work, so I'm tired. I need a nap.

Dog Tired!

Hey! I didn't know this photo was taken. George The Human must have taken this when I was stretching on the couch last night. He thinks I was sleeping, but I assure you I was fully aware of what was going on through the entire evening. However, I don't remember him taking this photo, though.

Getting My Back Up!

George The Human took this photo of a section of my back yesterday so I could see what it looked like. I had no idea I had those funny spots all over me! Even behind me! No wonder so many Humans stop to look at me when they see me. I look strange!

I'm Slim And Trim!

Check me out! I've been on a diet and now that the weather is nice I get to go outside more and get some exercise! I'm so happy! Brenda The Human has changed the food Yogi and I get.
