Here, There and Everywhere.

That Magnum the Cat is a pretty cool customer. She seems to find a new place to sit or sleep almost daily...and there's not that many places around here. I think she's sleeping in places where she can keep at least one eye on me. Or at least that's what I think. The Humans don't seem to notice, but she's been watching me a lot lately.

Huh?

I was all warm and tucked in with Brenda the Human when I heard a strange noise. I had to check it out. I wasn't sure what it was but I knew I had to protect Brenda the Human in case it was something really serious. Like an ice cream truck or something else involving food. A nap can make a guy like me miss something like that so I have to stay on guard at all times. The noise ended up being George the Human. What a let down.

Wandering Around.

The Humans don't normally take me far from the yard I'm used to being in, but when they do...it's usually a pretty interesting place. This past Summer they took me to many places. This is in front of a building they called a moo-see-um. Whatever that is. I liked the smell of the nice green grass in front!

She Did It Again!

I'm not sure how she does it, but Magnum the Cat seems to find ways to get in places I could never imagine getting to myself. She sure likes being up high also. George the Human says Magnum the Cat likes to be in high places so she can see more of the area around her. That makes sense.

Time To Bundle Up

George the Human has been working in the yard the past couple nights saying he's preparing for winter. It's not as warm these days and I'm not all that interested in staying outside as much either. This is a picture of Brenda the Human, Yogi and me taken this past January. I remember that day as if it was yesterday and although I still miss Yogi a lot, we all seem to have gotten used to her not being here. I'm not looking forward to that white stuff either!

Heh-Heh-Heh!

Magnum the Cat seems to think I'm not concerned about her being in the kitchen. I've seen her sniffing around my food dish and I'm pretty sure she's been drinking out of my water pail. It's no big deal, but I think she thinks she's getting away with it. Heh-heh-heh!

Yogi Was The Office Dog

George the Human says this is what Yogi used to do a lot when she was going to his office each day. Brenda the Human would give her treats and Yogi would visit with customers all the time. I couldn't do that. I'd rather be on the couch.

I'm Glad I'm Not An Office Dog

A couple months ago George the Human and Brenda the Human thought it would be fun to take me to work with them like they used to do with Yogi. I didn't like it at all. I was bored. Too many other Humans wanted to pet me and be my friend. It was no fun at all. I'm glad I get to stay home where I can bark, chase, howl and nap all I want.

I'm Done Today

I'm not sure why, but I'm pretty tired today. I didn't do much except I ran around the yard a couple times; barked at strangers out the front window; barked at a noise I heard in the back yard; barked at the neighbour; chased some birds; had lunch; barked at another noise I heard; chased Magnum down the hall; napped; howled at a song on the radio; barked at someone walking past the house; chased more birds in the yard...hmmm, maybe that's why I'm so tired!

She's Sneaky

Magnum the Cat and I are playing games these days. I find that she likes to be up high so she can look down on me and her surroundings. This is a place where although she's up high, she's not so high I can't look her in the eyes if I want to. I chase her around every now and then, but then she hides somewhere I can't go, so I guess it's all part of the game we play together.

Time Just Zips By!

George The Human was mentioning that it's almost been a year since we all went on a road trip to his Mom's to pick fruit off her trees. I don't exactly remember where it is, but I remember seeing Yogi there and remember we played in the yard while the Humans picked fruit.

She's Confused.

Magnum the Cat is confused these days. The Humans did some work in the kitchen, which disrupted our lives for a few days. Now Magnum can't find her favourite hiding spots - although she did find a really cool place to sit in the evening!
